Our primary goal is to acquire and restore abandoned properties in clusters, fostering affordable opportunities for individuals to own homes. FHS is a woman-owned restoration company that was established as a direct response to the adverse effects of gentrification and displacement that affected our beloved city. Our current endeavor involves undertaking development initiatives while prioritizing the prevention of displacement and actively promoting property ownership.
